All group classes at Barn Owl Yoga require registration through the booking website.
Private classes are available for booking only via email. Please reach out, and I will let you know my availability.
Each class will be announced two months in advance, and bookings will open as soon as they are added to the system. If you don’t see a class listed for a particular day, that means there is no class scheduled.
You can book individual classes or use a 10-class pass. Please note that class passes must be used within the dates specified at the time of purchase.
All group yoga classes are between 75 and 90 minutes long. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in, so you’re ready to connect, move, and relax when class begins.
